 iPickGuitar Policies & Registration

📝 Registration & Payment
A student is considered fully registered once the registration form is completed and payment is received in full.

💳 NSF Cheques
A $25 fee applies for all NSF cheques. Students cannot continue lessons until all outstanding fees are cleared.

⏰ Missed Lessons & Makeups

• Provide at least 24 hours’ notice by email or phone to reschedule a lesson.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the lesson being forfeited.

• Student illnesses or emergencies are handled at iPickGuitar’s discretion.

👩🏫 Teacher Absence & Substitutes

• iPickGuitar may provide a substitute teacher if the scheduled instructor is unavailable.

• If no substitute is available, students will receive a makeup lesson for each missed session.

🎉 Holidays & Closures
Lessons missed due to statutory holidays, snow days, or cancellations by iPickGuitar will be rescheduled as makeup lessons.

👥 Group Classes

• No makeup lessons are provided for student absences.

• Makeups occur only if the teacher cancels or the class is rescheduled.

❌ Termination of Lessons
A 15-day written notice is required for any termination of lessons.

We understand that life happens! Just let us know ahead of time, and we’ll work with you to reschedule wherever possible.
